Annamarie's Pedigree Rex Rabbits

Breeder & Exhibitor of Standard Black Otter Rex

WHY MINI REX??

I think I need a short explanation about my mini rex before we go any further. I love my standard black otters BUT as they are pedigree and pure colour bred, every time I get a new litter they are like peas in a pod. There is never any surprises.
My minis, on the other hand, are NOT pure colour bred. OK, I can hear the gasps from the purists from here. 'Shock! Horror!', you cry. But then again, how many lop breeders are breeding mixed colour litters?
Every time I get a new litter I have the fascination of wondering what colours I will get this time. Reds? Blacks? Torts? Blues? If I get a decent one, I show it. And they can't be so bad. I've got a number of Challenge Certificates hanging from their hutches. They have type. They have coat. And often they have colour too.
So if you are interested in purchasing a mini rex from me - No, they are NOT pure colour bred, but YES - They are pure mini rexes.
Why do I breed them? - Firstly, for the fun of it. Secondly, to try & get a show quality one.
Can you show it? - Possibly. I will let you know whether or not it will be suitable for showing.
Will it make a good pet?- DEFINITELY!!
Can I guarantee what colours it will produce if you breed it? - NO.
Mini Rex Rabbits are priced from £25 each.
I hope this will answer any questions about my minis that you may have. If it doesn't, please e-mail me or telephone me on the contact number & addresses below.
Thank you for taking the time to view my web site.
